Returns Policy

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it.
• Shortages and damages must be noted on the delivery receipt/BOL (bill of lading) at the time of receipt. 
• Marathon Medical must be notified within 3 days after the date of receipt. 
• Returns authorized by Marathon Medical may be returned within 30 days of receipt. 
• Marathon Medical will evaluate all other returns on a per situation basis and will notify the customer within 2 days of the resolution decision.
• RGA (Return Goods Authorization) document must accompany the shipment.
• A restocking fee of 25% and return freight charges are charged for any products returned.
